Education & Experience

Ms. Constand earned her Juris Doctor Law Degree in 2014, at the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Michigan in 1991. Ms. Constand began solo practice in 2014, initially focusing on family law. She expanded her practice to include probate and estate law as these areas naturally overlap with family law. Ms. Constand provides representation for family law matters, including divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, spousal support, step-parent adoption, probate law, estate law and planning, as well as other family related issues. Always striving for excellence, Ms. Constand participates in several industry associations, including the Lakeshore Bar Association, the Family Law Section of the Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association and the Oakland County and Macomb County Bar Associations.

Before Dana Was a Lawyer. . .

Prior to pursuing a career in law, and continuing to this day, Dana is a folk artist painter, creating primarily in watercolor. Dana's art work is represented by Michigan Artist's Gallery in Traverse City.
